Check if the water source pressure is sufficient. Some high-pressure cleaners do not have self-priming capabilities, in which case adding a booster pump can solve the problem. If the water supply filter is clogged, it can only be cleaned. If there is a motor failure or insufficient power, check if the motor starts normally. If impure oil has been injected into the high-pressure pump, the oil inside the pump must be drained before injecting the special oil for high-pressure pumps. Check for bends or twists in the pipes. First, check if the rubber hose, filter device, and nozzle are twisted, bent, or damaged. If the high-pressure gun barrel is damaged or the rubber seal at the gun head is not sealed, check if the cleaning liquid nozzle is connected to the gun, confirm if the machine has been running for more than 3 minutes when the gun is closed, and check for wear on the nozzle.
If the cleaning machine does not draw water during use, it is generally caused by the following reasons.
1. Air leak in the water seal;
2. The internal diaphragm is not vacuumed;
3. There may be a problem with the pump head, poor sealing, and air in the pump head;
4. The piston may not be sealed;
5. The pressure regulating valve may be broken. Solution: Pull the trigger of the high-pressure water gun, lower the working pressure of the high-pressure cleaner, and run it for a while until stable pressure occurs. New car wash machine water absorption troubleshooting methods
1. First, check the water inlet side, including the water inlet pipe, filter, etc., to ensure there are no clogs. If it does not draw water, open it and feel for vibrations. If there is vibration, the water absorption part may be clogged or leaking air. If there is no vibration, the motor inside the pump may be broken. 2. Then remove the high-pressure pipe, turn on the machine, and wait for water to come out before reconnecting (if no water comes out when the pipe is removed, you can test by connecting to tap water first); if no water comes out when the gun and pipe are connected, check the gun head.
3. Finally, the pump head can only be disassembled for detailed inspection. Generally, the position of the plunger may be stuck, or there may be issues with the water seal or oil seal.
